In 2008, 100 AA ordinary registered shares were converted and assimilated. Furthermore, 117 DD series shares were also the subject of conversion and assimilation. Pursuant to the above, 1,505,237 EFEKT S.A. shares, as at today, are introduced to exchange trading on the Main Market.
