The Company’s public offerings:

1. 542,075 AA series founder’s shares were admitted to public trading on the basis of the Securities Commission decision No 36/10814/92 of 19 August 1992.

2. 207,925 BB series ordinary shares (issue price – PLN 50,000) were issued on the basis of EFEKT S.A. Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Resolution No 7/92 of 18 May 1992. The two month-long subscription started on 1 October 1992.

3. 375,000 CC series bearer ordinary shares (issue price – PLN 250,000) were issued on the basis of EFEKT S.A. Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Resolution of 22 December 1993. The above mentioned shares were offered with subscription rights. The subscription started on 9 February 1994 and closed on 2 March 1994.

4. 540,150 DD series registered common shares were issued on the basis of EFEKT S.A. Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Resolution No 4/06/99 of 28 September 1999. It was a merger issue in return for the assets of acquired AGRO-EFEKT S.A. company.
